We were the first to make skiing socially acceptable and we are the last to miss out on a cool downhill run. Here in St. Anton, our guests will find everything a skier's heart desires: 305 kilometres of pistes, 200 kilometres of variations in the open terrain, 88 ultra-modern cable cars and lifts and a ski area that is not only crowned Austria's largest contiguous ski area, but also extends over more than 50km² and 1,500 metres in altitude. Up to the Valluga peak at 2,811 metres above sea level. A diverse range of professional local ski schools cater to skiers and snowboarders of all levels, ages, and interests. The village also has a thriving apres ski scene and plenty of cosy cafes and bars for a quiet drink after an active day on the mountains.

Much more than just skiing

The Arlberg attracts skiers of all kinds from around the world. Backcountry skiers are attracted to the regions by its many challenging tours, spectacular views, and stunning winter landscapes. For cross-country skiers, both classic and skating, over 40 kilometers of cross-country trails wind their way through the area. Other popular outdorr activities include winter hiking, snowshoe hiking and toboganning. The Arlberg well.com wellness centre has indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna and a gym, while Arlrock offers climbing, bouldering, ice climbing, tennis, squash, trampoloinng, and bowling. The Arlberg mountain experience is indeed many and varied!

The Arlen Lodge Hotel is in a quiet and sunny part of Nasserein, just around the corner from all the action. Nasserein is in walking distance to the Nassereinerbahn cable car., the ski slopes, and the village centre. With the right snow conditions, it is even possible to ski back to Arlen Lodge Hotel. The ski bus conveniently stops right in the front of the hotel and in just one stop arrives at the cable car, ski shops, and the children's ski school office.

Theo Falch, the man behind the Arlen Lodge Hotel, its heart and soul, was born and raised in St. Anton. His wife, Annalisa Falch, is a certified ski instructor, who has made it her mission to get to know the Arlberg area in both summer and winter. She is more than happy to share her knowledge of the area with guests. She is also a certified snowshoe guide, able to lead snowshoe tours.
